Questions and Explorations

When Sanal first messaged and asked whether I would consider writing a few words to celebrate Guru Nitya's 100th birth anniversary—to reflect how the teachings have impacted me—I questioned whether this would be right for me to do so. I have just started reading the works with the group and pondered what I could offer.  Thus after some deliberation here goes.

Reading the work (That Alone, the Core of Wisdom), even as little as I have, makes me consider alternative thoughts, to what I learned throughout my life's experiences. It is teaching me to question more and to delve deeper within me.

It is rather strange, coming from parents who followed the  teachings of the Guru, I was not drawn to learn.  However I am at a stage in my life that I want to and choose to freely widen my knowledge of the teachings now.

It is thought provoking and is keeping me interested to learn more.  I feel my journey has just started.
