Mindfulness Meditation Groups

Are you looking to establish a regular meditation practice? Or maybe you already have an established practice but are looking for a group to practice with? One of these ongoing drop-in sessions may be right for you.

All sessions are held online via Zoom. Please contact Gayathri directly for the Zoom link and other details.

Saturdays 10:30 - 11:30 AM PT

Suggested contribution - $15.00 per person per session (fee can be waived or reduced upon request)

We start each session with a short guided meditation followed by a deeper exploration of an aspect of mindfulness practice.

 

Part of the session includes a group discussion on the theme of the week and an exploration of how we can use these practices to navigate our everyday life situations.

Suggested donation for 12 sessions - $30​.00

Please join me and a wonderful community of fellow meditators on Zoom for short, guided mindfulness meditations to help you set the right tone for your day and cultivate a regular practice.

 

No previous meditation experience necessary. These are drop-in sessions and you can attend whenever you can - either in the morning or evening or both!

 

I’ve read so many persuasive articles about the benefits of mindfulness, but needed the right environment in which to get started. Gayathri’s sessions are accessible, inclusive, and welcoming. Our group includes rookies (like me), and others whose practices are more established. Gayathri reaches everyone. At the close of class we disperse; each of us feeling calmer, clearer, and more centered.
