Find Your Calm: A 4-Week Mindfulness Course for Beginners
Discover how mindfulness meditation can bring greater calm, clarity, and balance to your everyday life. This online course meets live on Saturday mornings (Pacific Time) to learn, practice, and reflect together in a warm, supportive environment.
Each week explores a different dimension of mindfulness practice, from working with breath and body awareness to befriending difficult thoughts and emotions, cultivating compassion, and building a sustainable daily practice. Rather than offering quick fixes, this course emphasizes understanding and steady practice as the foundation for meaningful, lasting change.
Guided by Gayathri Narayanan, certified mindfulness teacher and founder of Myndtree, you'll receive practical tools you can integrate into everyday life, along with compassionate support for learning meditation in a grounded, sustainable way.
