These are created by Gayathri Narayanan to help bring mindfulness into the rhythm of your daily life. This collection provides you with the flexibility of being able to practice at your own convenience while retaining the depth of the teachings and practices. The curated recordings are accessible for everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
