Each Saturday we offer a free guided meditation by Gayathri as a space to pause, breathe, and come home to stillness. You may wish to listen to the short introduction first, or go directly to the meditation itself, depending on the time and rhythm of your day.
These recordings are available until the following Saturday, inviting you to begin your weekend with quiet reflection or to return to them whenever you need a moment of peace. Please feel free to share these offerings with anyone who may find them nourishing.

Gayathri’s calming voice and relaxed, friendly energy provides a wonderful atmosphere for learning and practicing mindfulness.
