An Online Weekend Immersion in Loving-Kindness

Join us for an online weekend retreat dedicated to the practice of Metta (Loving-Kindness). From the comfort of our own homes, we’ll gather on Zoom to turn our hearts toward love and connection for ourselves, each other and the world. We’ll explore how the ancient practice of Metta can be a true superpower for our modern times, that serves as both protection and a pathway to deeper wisdom. Together, we’ll expand our heart’s capacity to embrace the “full catastrophe” of life with balance, compassion and ease.

This retreat is open to both beginning and experienced meditators. We will have over 15 hours of live Zoom sessions with two certified mindfulness meditation teachers. The sessions will include ~

~ Dharma talks

~ Meditation instruction

~ Sitting & walking meditation

~ Mindful movement

~ Reflections & Group Engagement

Recordings of all the sessions will be made available to participants.

Please see details below.

Gayathri has the rare ability to make people feel comfortable, and comforted. Her cheerful, gentle, compassionate presence belies her immense knowledge and experience. It isn't surprising that everyone who meets her, even in her teacher avatar, wishes so much to befriend her for life! It is her intellect that sparkles through in the material put together for the thought generating process- it never feels heavy or oppressive and sets forth a process of contemplation that is healing.

Tina has been my yoga and meditation teacher for many years. She encourages an asana practice that is more mindful in movement, making any class you take with her a moving meditation. This does not, however, make her offerings less challenging! Connect with her, and you'll learn to connect with yourself and the world around you in a more compassionate way.

I love Gayathri's presence, her calm spirituality, her humanity, her voice. She embodies all of the Brahmaviharas, while at the same time remaining decidedly human like the rest of us. She invites us to come exactly as we are and shows what it means to be non-judgmental and non-dogmatic. Her commitment to learning, growing, and deepening shines through in everything she says. I feel so blessed to have been introduced to her. Thank you, Gayathri!!

From the get go Tina made me feel very comfortable with her warmth and kindness. Listening to Tina’s soft tone of voice and spiritual wisdom during meditation sessions, made life seem sweeter and weightless like a feather. Her extensive knowledge in yoga and meditation practice evolved my perspective about human way of life.  Every moment she spoke I learned something new about life or the practice.  I am in awe of Tina and thankful to her for making me a lifelong student of the practice.
